Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering or using any part of the jl876 platform. By creating an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all provisions set out below.

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between jl876 ("jl876," "we," "us," "our") and any individual ("Player," "you," "your") who registers for, accesses, or uses the jl876 online gaming platform accessible at jl876.vip ("Platform"). This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between jl876 and each Player. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your account.
By registering an account on jl876.vip, depositing funds, or placing any wager on the Platform, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, together with jl876's Privacy Policy and all other policies incorporated by reference herein.
jl876 reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Players are responsible for reviewing this Agreement periodically. Substantial amendments will be communicated to Players via registered email address and displayed on the Platform.
jl876 may also issue supplementary rules and policies for specific game types, tournaments, and promotions. Such supplementary rules form part of this Agreement when published on the Platform.
2.1 Minimum Age. Access to and use of the jl876 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This requirement is imposed by Philippine gaming regulations and is non-negotiable. jl876 operates a zero-tolerance policy for underage gambling.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The Platform is intended for use by players located in jurisdictions where online gambling is legally permitted. It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. jl876 does not represent that the Platform is available or appropriate for use in all locations.
2.3 Exclusion of Ineligible Persons. jl876 prohibits access to the Platform by: (a) persons under 21 years of age; (b) persons who are self-excluded or subject to exclusion orders; (c) employees, contractors, and close relatives of jl876 and its affiliated entities; (d) persons in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
Persons under 21 years of age are strictly prohibited from registering or using jl876. Any account found to be held by an individual under 21 will be immediately and permanently closed, and all funds in the account will be voided in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations.
3.1 Registration. To access the full features of jl876, Players must register an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as required by the registration form, including but not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Philippine mobile number. Players must update this information promptly upon any change.
3.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one jl876 account. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual ("multi-accounting") is prohibited. jl876 employs technical and administrative measures to detect duplicate accounts, including KYC matching, payment method verification, device fingerprinting, and IP analysis. Duplicate accounts will be closed without notice, and balances in secondary accounts will be forfeited.
3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification. Before any withdrawal is processed, Players must complete identity verification by submitting: (a) a valid Philippine government-issued photo identification document (PhilSys National ID, UMID, Passport, or Driver's License); and (b) a recent selfie photograph matching the submitted ID. jl876 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time in accordance with its Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and compliance obligations.
3.4 Accuracy of Information. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances. jl876 cooperates with Philippine regulatory authorities and law enforcement where fraud is suspected.
4.1 Account Security. Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, including their password and any two-factor authentication codes. Players must not share login details with any third party. jl876 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to an account where the Player failed to maintain reasonable security precautions.
4.2 Notification of Unauthorized Access. Players must notify jl876 immediately via live chat or email upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of their account or any other security breach.
4.3 Personal Use. jl876 accounts are for personal use only. Commercial exploitation of the Platform, including operating accounts on behalf of third parties, acting as an agent for other players, or participating in syndicate betting arrangements, is prohibited.
4.4 Account Currency. All jl876 accounts operate in Philippine Peso (PHP). All deposits, wagers, bonuses, and withdrawals are denominated in PHP. Players are responsible for any foreign exchange fees or charges imposed by their payment provider when funding accounts in non-PHP currencies.
5.1 Deposits. jl876 accepts deposits via the following methods: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, Bank Transfer via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank (through InstaPay and PesoNet), and 7-Eleven CLiQQ over-the-counter. The minimum single deposit is ₱100. jl876 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the Player's name and matching KYC records.
5.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawals may only be made to a verified payment method registered under the same name as the KYC-verified account holder. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests are subject to review and may be delayed pending KYC verification, AML checks, or wagering requirement fulfillment on bonus-associated balances. jl876 targets the following indicative processing times: GCash and Maya — 15 to 30 minutes for standard amounts; bank transfers via InstaPay or PesoNet — within one business day. These times are indicative only and may vary during periods of high volume or system maintenance.
5.3 Withdrawal Conditions. jl876 reserves the right to request supplementary documentation before processing any withdrawal. Where a Player has claimed a bonus, any associated wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before a withdrawal of the bonus-derived balance is permitted. Withdrawals of deposited principal (where no bonus funds are involved) are not subject to wagering requirements.
jl876 reserves the right to withhold or void withdrawal requests where there is evidence of bonus abuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of these Terms and Conditions pending investigation.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotional offers made available by jl876 are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion ("Promotion Terms"), which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference. In the event of any conflict between this Agreement and Promotion Terms, the Promotion Terms shall prevail with respect to that specific promotion.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless expressly stated otherwise in the Promotion Terms, bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limitations are set out in the relevant Promotion Terms. Players are advised to read Promotion Terms carefully before opting into any bonus offer.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. jl876 actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming multiple bonuses across duplicate accounts, exploiting low-risk wagering strategies to circumvent wagering requirements, colluding with other players to generate artificial play, and using automated software to generate bonus-eligible activity. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have bonuses voided and the account may be permanently closed.
6.4 Promotion Availability. jl876 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honoring commitments already made to eligible players who have opted in prior to any such change.
7.1 RNG Certification. All virtual game outcomes on the jl876 Platform (including slots, RNG-based table games, and virtual sports) are determined by a certified independent Random Number Generator (RNG). The RNG is regularly audited by accredited third-party testing bodies to ensure compliance with industry fairness standards. 7.2 Live Casino. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheels, dice) operated by human dealers in a monitored studio environment. 7.4 Technical Faults. Results generated by clear system errors are null and void and do not constitute valid game results.
The following activities are expressly prohibited on the jl876 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to Philippine law enforcement authorities:
jl876 is required to comply with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) regulations. All suspicious transactions are reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law. Players must not use the Platform for any transaction that constitutes or facilitates money laundering.

9.3 Mandatory Restrictions. jl876 reserves the right to impose mandatory deposit limits, cooling-off periods, or account restrictions on any Player whose gambling patterns are consistent with problem gambling behavior, regardless of whether the Player has requested such restrictions. This may include players who have previously self-excluded and attempted to re-register.

10.1 Player-Initiated Closure. A Player may request to close their jl876 account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat or email. Upon closure, any remaining verified balance (net of pending wagering requirements on bonus funds) will be paid out to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable period.
10.2 jl876-Initiated Suspension or Closure. jl876 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where: the Player has breached any provision of this Agreement; there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or AML-related concerns; KYC verification cannot be completed satisfactorily; or the Player's continued participation poses a reputational, legal, or financial risk to jl876. Where an account is closed due to verified breach of these Terms, associated balances may be forfeited.
10.3 Dormant Accounts. An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be designated as dormant. jl876 will provide notice to the registered email address before applying any dormancy policy. Dormant account handling will be conducted in accordance with applicable Philippine regulations.
All content, software, trademarks, logos, game interfaces, graphics, text, and other materials available on the jl876 Platform are the intellectual property of jl876 or its licensors and are protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of Platform content without prior written authorization from jl876 is strictly prohibited.
12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jl876 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from or related to a Player's use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or financial loss resulting from reliance on any information provided on the Platform.
12.2 jl876's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Player during the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.3 jl876 does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available or free from technical errors. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability. jl876 will use reasonable endeavors to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance.
12.4 Nothing in this Agreement shall exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine consumer protection law.
jl876 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering an account, Players consent to the collection and processing of personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including data shared with regulatory authorities as required by Philippine law. Players have rights in respect of their personal data as detailed in the Privacy Policy.
14.1 Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
14.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute arising in connection with this Agreement or the Platform, Players are required to first contact jl876 customer support to seek informal resolution. jl876 will endeavor to resolve disputes within 28 days of receipt of a formal written complaint submitted to [email protected].
14.3 Jurisdiction. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. Players irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of any such proceedings.
jl876 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on the Platform and communicated to registered Players via their registered email address. Amendments take effect 14 days after publication, except where required by law or regulatory directive, in which case they take effect immediately. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement. Players who do not accept the amended terms may close their account before the effective date without penalty.
